To place an Order, you must register an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
All Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are displayed in the currency specified on the Site and do not include VAT or shipping unless explicitly stated. We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer or other methods as indicated at checkout.
We ship Products from our warehouses in Türkiye, Kosovo, Uzbekistan and the UK, subject to the shipping option selected at checkout. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination and will be calculated before you confirm your Order.
If you receive a defective or incorrect Product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of İstanbul (Tuzla).
